All claims for damages must be reported to KStairway within 10 days after receiving the package. Otherwise, they will be automatically denied. Regarding claims of loss and missing packages customers received from us, we only accept box opening video as proof. But, if you only have photos as proof, we need to do further investigation before we decide to approve your complaint applications or not
